This industrial furnace is a continuous mesh belt type system designed specifically for high-quality brazing of aluminum components under a protective nitrogen atmosphere. It utilizes non-corrosive flux to join aluminum parts without oxidation, ensuring strong, clean, and reliable joints. The system is engineered for mass production and is ideally suited for manufacturing automotive heat exchangers such as intercoolers, radiators, condensers, evaporators, and oil coolers. As part of a complete radiator production line, it integrates seamlessly with auxiliary equipment like core builders and crimping machines.
1.Optimized Nitrogen Protection: Features a precise atmosphere control system with multiple nitrogen inlets (front curtain, furnace, rear chamber) and adjustable flowmeters, ensuring an oxygen-free environment critical for flawless brazing.
2.Superior Thermal Efficiency & Uniformity: The furnace cavity is fully insulated with high-grade ceramic fiber needled blanket, minimizing heat loss and ensuring excellent temperature uniformity (±3°C). This design reduces energy consumption by over 30%.
3.Robust & Durable Muffle Design: The heart of the furnace uses a 6mm thick SUS304/316L stainless steel muffle, formed in a single 6-meter fold with a reinforced V-bottom. This construction, along with sliding rails, withstands thermal stress and ensures long service life.
4.Precise & Modular Heating Control: The brazing chamber is divided into three independently controlled zones with top and bottom heating elements (0Cr25Al5 alloy). This PID-controlled, modular design allows for precise thermal profile management tailored to specific components.
5.Enhanced Maintainability & Safety: Heating elements are accessible via side-mounted insulated ceramic tubes for easy replacement. The bolt-sealed yet removable roof panel and side walls facilitate straightforward maintenance and inspection.
6.Complete Integrated Line: The furnace is part of a turnkey system that includes a degreasing furnace, flux spray room, drying furnace, and a coordinated cooling system (water/air cooling), ensuring a streamlined production process.
